University of Bologna

University of BolognaFounded in 1088, Bologna University has been student-centered whilst attracting prominent figures from science and the arts. Founded in 1303 by Pope Boniface VIII, this is one of the oldest universities in the world located in Rome. University of MilanUniversity of Milan

This is a public teaching and research University, which has 8 faculties and 2 schools and a teaching staff of more than 2,000 professors. A leading institute in Italy and Europe for scientific productivity, the University of Milan is the largest university in the region, with approximately 64,000 students. University of Padua

University of PaduaThe University of Padua traces its origins back to 1222. The motto “Universa Universis Patavina Libertas” – “Complete liberty for all at the University of Padua” – underlines the total freedom of thought that the university has always granted its teachers and its students. University of Turin

University of TurinLocated in Turin, the university is known both in Italy and abroad as a leading institution to study engineering and architecture. It has more than 33,000 students, and about 16% are foreign – the highest percentage in Italy.
